The Dial is here to help. We’ve asked our global network of contributors — who live in Beijing, Istanbul, Kodagu, Geneva, Nairobi and elsewhere — to recommend a title they love or are looking forward to reading this summer. No restrictions! Any book — frivolous or heavy, hundreds of years old or not-yet-released — was welcome, and the list of more than 50 titles is definitely eclectic.
